I know we have all heard it before. Just buy this fitness exercise video, do these many sit ups and run 5 miles every day and the weight will melt away. But we all have time constraints and know its takes time and effort to achieve our desired results. We want something that will be effective and give us great results in the smallest amount of time.

I personally have tried P90X, P90, Billy Blanks Boot Camp, Turbo Jam, Aerobics, Running, Spinning, Ballet, Weight Lifting, Yoga, Meditation and probably some I cannot even remember. What Online Fitness Video to Choose

Out of all the exercise videos I have purchased, I have one video that stands out among all the rest. I have used “10 Days To A Better Body” since April of 2009. I get no royalties for stating my opinion or rating this video, but I know there are thousands of you out there, just like me, trying to determine what video will give you the desired weight lose and tone your body in the shortest period of time. There are so many exercise videos to choose from and it is difficult to determine which video will be the most effective. The production companies do an excellent job marketing their exercise video and the next thing you know you’re heading to the store and you are convinced this is the one! Well, they obviously did there job and now you are anxious about starting another exercise video knowing in about 30 days it will be on shelve with the rest of them.

Online Fitness Program With Results

Really folks, there is no silver bullet, but I have had great results from the “10 Days To A Better Body”. I am sure you are curious what this tape consists of. The tape is 35 minutes from start to finish inclusive of the stretching in the beginning and at the end. I am not going to convince you that this is an easy routine but knowing the tape is only 35 minutes should give you that extra boost to keep pushing yourself the whole time. The entire tape consists of 1 minute intervals. One minute of aerobics and one minute of weight training and the instructor does an excellent job of encouraging your throughout the entire video. This video also includes a one week diet plan to assist you in your weight loss program.

The first week I did the routine, I could not get through the entire tape, but as the second week progressed I was able to do more and more until the third week I was able to get through the entire exercise routine. I have received great results from this tape and have referred it to my family and friends. Keep in mind, you have to eat a well balanced diet and stay hydrated in order and to see your desired results. I wish you luck in your weight loss program and keeping pushing PLAY!
